EMT-1500 Emulsion Storage Traile

RCM Specialties designed the EMT1500 for the specialized purpose of storing emulsion. This unique storage system has a double steel wall construction, equipped with a reversible pump and hold 1500 gallons. The heated pump enclosure ensures a safe & smooth operation, while the custom designed radiant heating system is essential for even heat distribution. This technical yet simple design makes this an ideal operation for just one operator. NOTE: A 3,000 gallon EMT and other custom designs are available upon request.

Spray Patching

Over the past 15 years, RCM has provided their customers the most reliable and durable pavement repair services. Our Spray Patching is a process by which the repair material is sprayed directly into the pothole, alligatored areas and catch basins, providing the most cost-effective and longest lasting solution.

Equipment Sales & Rental

RCM is a full service dealer for spray patching pavement repair equipment. We offer leasing/sales options and flexible terms on rentals… weekly, monthly and long-term rentals. Training is available to renters or buyers with on going phone support from our experienced staff.

Materials

RCM supplies CRS2 emulsion and Dresser Trap Rock on a year round basis at our location in Hastings, MN. Our emulsion is stored at a constant temperature and all loading is done indoors. We also stock the highest quality aggregate available.
